Querzy ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered product chat assistant for e-commerce stores. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
Querzy is a subscription service billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and payment disputes on our behalf. Your subscription begins after any applicable free trial period.
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
You may not use Querzy to serve illegal content, mislead customers, or circumvent rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We store product catalogue data and anonymised chat session data to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from downtime.
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
