Account data: email address and hashed password when you sign up.
Store data: your product catalogue (fetched from your feed URL) and your store identifier.
Chat data: anonymised visitor chat sessions (no personally identifiable visitor information is stored).
Usage data: aggregated analytics on chat interactions (message counts, intent routes, session outcomes).
We use your data solely to provide the Querzy service — powering the AI chat assistant on your store. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as described below.
Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, processes payments and billing. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Anthropic — AI responses are generated via the Claude API. Queries are processed under Anthropic's data usage policy.
Cohere — product embeddings are generated via the Cohere API.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. Sessions use httpOnly cookies. Data is stored on servers located in the EU (Hetzner, Germany).
